The City of Kelowna is seeking a dedicated Fleet Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational effectiveness of our diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our fleet meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and environmental compliance. 

As the Fleet Supervisor, you will lead a team of skilled mechanics and support staff, implementing cutting-edge maintenance schedules and driving cost-effective fleet management strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in upholding safety and environmental standards, promoting innovation, and fostering continuous improvement. If you have a proven track record in vehicle maintenance and repair, strong diagnostic skills, and a passion for leadership, we want to hear from you!
