Qualifications
Skills:

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge and experience in basic MIG welding
- Team building skills
- Computer skills; Excel, Word, Email
- Safety Procedure Adherence
- Quality Control Analysis - Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance
- Operation and Control - Controlling operations of equipment or systems
- Must be able to lift 10 lbs to 50 lbs.

TYCROP is looking for a Robot Operator to join our team in the Fraser Valley.

Responsibilities:
- Program and maintain robotic welding machines for a range of welding tasks
- Stop machines to remove finished parts or to change tooling, setup, or part placement, according to required machining sequences
- Lift parts to machines manually or with hoists or cranes
- Monitor machine operation and control panel displays and compare readings to specifications to detect malfunctions
- Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and parts on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Insert control instructions into machine control units to start operation
- Review program specifications or blueprints to determine and set machine operations and sequencing, finished part dimensions, or numerical control sequences
- Daily production flow requirements
- Jig storage and documentation
- Minor fixes to bad welds or welds that can’t be reached
